Installation:
We will install French Drains by digging trenches.
We will install a minimum of 2-8 inches clean limestone on the bottom, top, and both sides around perforated French drain pipe. (We use larger rock that allows water to flow through faster to stay flushed out during flash floods so we can provide a life-time warranty.)We will install downspouts to help keep flushed out and drain basins that prevent ponding during flash floods.
In Sandy Soil: We will wrap the entire trench with filter fabric to prevent the sandy soil from silting in.
In Clay Soil: We put the fabric on top only because the fabric will stop the clay, and the clay will stop the water from draining.(See 2 minute Proper French Drain video above)
Grading: We will grade over the French drain to divert the water to the drain to prevent flash flood ponding. Each drain will be discharged to the lowest elevation. We will put new sod where sod is removed.
Terms: Final payment is due upon completion. Contract is valid for 90 days. All estimates are inclusive of full turnkey services.
Thank you for allowing us to earn your business.
We value our good reputation and work hard to ensure you are satisfied with our services and products of A-1 French Drains. Your project is important to us!
